Alliance Trust set to combine with Witan

Описание: The Alliance Trust Board has announced to the London Stock Exchange (LSE) the intention to combine with Witan Investment Trust and become the newly renamed company Alliance Witan. Alliance Witan would preserve the distinguished heritages of both trusts and the Company’s investment strategy, providing access to the best ideas of leading active managers globally, would remain unchanged but would benefit from a much larger pool of assets.
