The new SEAT Ibiza is here and seeing as I own a third generation Ibiza FR, I thought it'd be rude not to have a go in the latest FR. The model tested here is in a gorgeous Desire Red and is fitted with a 1.0 litre turbocharged engine producing 113bhp. 0-62 comes in 9.3 seconds and the top speed is 121 mph.
So on paper then, the new FR appears to be a bit on the slow side, but cars aren't driven on paper, so what's it like on the open road? I took it to the infamous Evo Triangle see what's what.
