Prabin Subedi is a practicing Lawyer with 10+ yrs of experience in the Legal field having special aptitude in dealing with numerous cases related to ICT Law, contracts, foreign investment, legal person’s compliances, legal risk management, family laws, and criminal cases. Mr. Subedi completed his LL.M studies in Information Communication Technology Law from the University of Oslo, Norway and LL.B degree from Kathmandu School of Law. Mr. Subedi is also a member of teaching faculty in Kathmandu School of Law. Mr. Subedi has taken an initiative and filed number of pro bono Public Interest Litigation cases in Supreme Court of Nepal.
