It’s a super busy weekend in our house and the alarms are going off very early! Bella and Riley
are heading to a dance convention, so I show how I get the girls ready and organized for a full
weekend of dance.

At the same time, life doesn’t slow down for the rest of the family. Riley also has her high school
dance, Mason has a birthday party and hockey, and we’re trying to keep everything running
smoothly in the middle of the chaos.

In between all the activities, I share a high protein breakfast idea, show how I prep chicken for
the week, and we grab some sushi to refuel. Paul surprises Bella with some cards that we
unbox together, and of course there’s a funny moment when we discover a duck in our pool…
don’t worry, it’s just a toy and not actually ours.
