Описание: In this video, I provide complete guidance for the general public, especially Overseas Pakistanis, about the new online biometric process for vehicle transfer of ownership through the NADRA Pak-Identity mobile app. Previously, the transfer of ownership was done manually through power of attorney and physical verification; however, this new system allows mobile-based biometric verification, making the process more secure, transparent, and convenient. Currently, this service is available only for Islamabad-registered vehicles, while work is in progress for Punjab-registered vehicles, and the service is expected to be launched soon. The video explains the entire procedure step by step to help viewers use the NADRA Pak-Identity app confidently and correctly.
