Karen Read Now Gets Proctor's Conveniently Lost Phone Evidence

Описание: Karen Read convinced a Norfolk County Superior Court judge to allow access to over 10 years of data extracted from former Massachusetts State Police Trooper Michael Proctor's phone. Proctor, who called Read a "whack job", and worse, had an attorney argue against the disclosure. Read's attorneys, including Damon Seligson and Aaron Rosenberg, who are defending her in the civil case brought against her by the Estate of John O'Keefe, will have access to the data, but won't be able to disclose it pending further court order.
