Totally useless
Came on time. I was excited, it was a nice heavy weight, however it does not work. The notch end is for cutting little skin hang nails and cuticles. The notch end is totally dull and won’t even cut the thinest tag of skin. The other end that looked like a cuticle pusher is not. That end is also useless as it is convex on both sides. Don’t waste your money on this. It’s a huge disappointment.
