The tournament that will determine the 2023 Challenger will be held in Madrid, Spain, from June 17 to July 5, 2022.
The eight best chess players: @lachesisQ , @GMHikaru , Teimour Radjabov, Jan-Krzysztof Duda, Richard Rapport, Fabiano Caruana, @alirezafirouzja4080 and Ding Liren step in to fight. They will compete for a chance to dethrone the invincible Magnus Carlsen and become the 2023 World Champion.
