Isabel was born, raised, and educated in the U.S., spending her teenage years in the foster care system, which repeatedly failed her. She endured homelessness, family separation, and abuse. At 16, she bravely advocated for reform, becoming a respected leader. Today, Isabel drives global change in foster care systems.

Michelle Chambers – Wakefield Foster Choir
Michelle Chambers is a foster carer and the co-founder of the Care4Us Community Choir based in Wakefield, UK. The choir was established to raise awareness about foster care and to encourage more individuals to consider becoming foster carers. Through performances across Wakefield, the choir aims to highlight the importance of fostering and the positive impact it has on children's lives.

I sit on the Corporate Parenting Committee and the Foster Carer Working Party and also deliver Therapeutic Parenting training alongside the Emotional Wellbeing Team. Rachel serves as a trustee within Lambourne End Centre for Outdoor Learning
Charity. From a background in education management, she is part of the
strategic development team moving the organisation forward. Liaising with local
authorities, school leaders, politicians and philanthropists, Rachel seeks
opportunities which help move young people forward.

Jim has overseen the 7 Pathways + Pilot in Leicestershire which has seen significant engagement with some the most recidivist serious acquisitive crime offenders who were found to have little management or support. Since implementation, offending rates have dropped, engagement with support services made, and £1.9 million of savings achieved.
