This lateral strength workout builds hip, knee, and back support through side-to-side movement, single-leg strength, and controlled core work.
Designed to improve joint stability, posture, and long-term movement health — without jumping.
This full body lateral strength class focuses on the side-to-side patterns most workouts skip — essential for protecting the hips, knees, and spine.
You’ll begin with PT-inspired glute activation and arm swings to prepare the hips and nervous system, then move into lateral lunges, single-leg hinging, and side plank variations to build strength that supports walking, balance, and athletic movement.
The class finishes with targeted stretches and a controlled lateral finisher to reinforce strength without overload.
