Описание: Good evening and Happy Thursday. I do hope you day has been a blessed one so far. If you're a red wine lover then you love my Red wine (soaked fruits) cake! It's a black cake but with non-alcoholic soaked fruits and refrigerated until I was ready to make the cake. As soon as the cake came out of the oven, I poured the red wine over the cake which absorbs the full body of the wine. Everybody like a good glass of wine whether it's just relaxing, with dinner or dessert. With my wine cake, you can have the wine dessert all in one. It complex with it's deep, rich full flavor and booming taste with lots of variations from the soaked fruits with a uniquely dense but pudding like texture. This is my first try with this recipe so please enjoy! Thank you!
