Judge Mogen stressed urgency after learning Coleman’s attorney, Bruce Anderson, had not yet reviewed body cam evidence with his client. The footage reportedly shows Coleman intoxicated, hugging a deputy, and admitting to driving. The judge scheduled a final status conference for later that day to confirm whether Coleman had reviewed the evidence and understood the state’s offer before trial.
