3 Tsp Curry
1 Onion
1 Small Carrot
6 Cloves Garlic chopped
Sweet peppers
2 Stalk Scallion
1 Scotch bonnet pepper
1/2 Salt
1 Tbsp All purpose seasoning
Ginger
1/2 Cup water
2 Tbsp wheat flour add 3 tbsp water to dissolve flour , add to desired consistency note the slurry is only used as a thickener.
1 Irish potato
1/2 Tbsp Fresh thyme
