2006 Rick Turner Model 1. Excellent condition and lightly played over the years. The Model 1 is the instrument best known as Lindsey Buckingham’s main stage guitar. The deluxe model features a fully bound mahogany body, maple neck with purple heart stripes topped with a rosewood fingerboard, a knob to blend between the magnetic pickup and the piezo pickup, and a switchable preamp to boost or cut frequencies. These modern features and the great tone of the instrument make it easy to see why Buckingham was so blown away!
The Model 1 Series are fully bound, top & back, accenting the Model 1s highly contoured ergonomic body.
In a word, the Model 1 is all about versatility. Whether you’re playing the passive model running straight out with volume and tone control (push-pull coil cut) or the high-headroom 18-volt D-TAR Eclipse preamp with Turner Parametric EQ, both options allow for blending of a piezo or second magnetic pickup.
