Adventure Overview:
The most amazing tour of Switzerland begins right here with MacLean Adventures. This exclusive Adventure is a must! The journey is great for everyone, however, there is some walking and there are a few quick train transfers! You’ll spend 14 days visiting Swiss wonders, gazing on majestic sights, learning and exploring.
We will take an incredible train ride on the Glacier Express to Zermatt which takes you through the three Swiss cantons of Valais, Uri, and Graubünden. While in Zermatt, home of the majestic Matterhorn, we’ll enjoy dining at mountain restaurants serving delicious traditional Swiss meals. We will make our way to Wengen, a town perched on the edge of heavenly views of glaciers and snow-topped mountains.
While there we’ll travel by cog train to the Top of Europe, Jungfraujoch, at 11,300 feet above sea level, and experience the scenery of glacier ice, snow, and cliffs. You’ll get a unique luxury yurt experience when we stay in the incredible Whitepods! Our Adventure ends in Lausanne, the Olympic Capital of the world.
