Short on time?
Try this simple 6-move full-body workout 👇
1️⃣ Flutter kicks – 5 reps each side
👉 Start here to activate your core so it stays engaged for the rest of the workout
2️⃣ Burpees – 5 reps
👉 Stand tall, add a soft jump, or go explosive — choose your level
3️⃣ Mountain climbers – 5 reps each side
👉 Core and cardio combo to raise your heart rate
4️⃣ Squats – 5 reps
👉 Basic squat or add an explosive jump at the top
(Take it easy and focus on good form)
5️⃣ Push-ups – 5 reps
👉 Standard push-ups or kneeling version if needed
6️⃣ Lunges (forward or backward) – 5 reps each side
👉 Go slow — great for activating the posterior chain
(glutes & hamstrings) and supporting your lower back
Do 2–3 rounds.
