If the door won't stay in the open position, door opens to wide or the door check is making noise this video goes into detail regarding replacement, repair and the fix you need to resolve your issue. The panels being the most difficult aspect of this job the video shows and explains in detail how to remove panels from your door without damaging there retainer clips or cracking the panels. I also provide a link to a cheap tool kit from harbor freight that isn't required but will most certainly aid in removing panels without damaging them. These panels are at high risk of cracking and the tools make it much easier to avoid this. This is a job anyone can do with patience, good guidance and a few tools like 7mm and 10mm 1/4in drive socket an wrench, small flat head screw driver and the panel removal tool kit if you want to be extra careful with your interior panels.
