Basically, parents paid a middleman, who then paid college coaches to pretend their kids were student-athletes being recruited for sports teams. Actress Felicity Huffman, who is married to William H. Macy, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud. Lori Loughlin, who played Aunt Becky on 'Full House' was also charged.
