Baked Cheesy Bread Pockets | Quick & Tasty Snack Made In Less Oil

Use of cheese with basic herbs makes it easy to make and baking them instead of frying makes them relatively healthier. INGREDIENTS:

Stuffing:
• 2 Cubes Processed Cheese (चीज़ क्यूब)
• 2 Tbsp Chopped Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च)
• 1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes (चिली फ्लेक्स)
• 1/2 Tsp Mixed Italian Herbs (इटालियन हर्ब/मसाला)
• 1 Tsp Whole Wheat Flour (गेहूँ का आटा)
• 6 Bread Slices (ब्रेड स्लाइस)

Dip:
• 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise (मेयोनेज़)
• 2 Tbsp Chilli Sauce (चिली सॉस)
• 1 Tsp Tamarin Chutney (इमली की चटनी)

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Kadhai/Cooker(No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10-12 minutes on each side.

• OTG/Convection: Preheat at 200°C for 10 min. Then bake for 15-20 min.
