JACQUELINE'S MAGICAL VIRAL LOW CARB SALAD
This recipe makes five cups. Macros are for ONE cup servings.

Carbs 9.73
Fiber 3.75
Net Carbs 5.99
5 Stalks Celery finely diced
1 Cup finely diced jicama
1/2 Large Cucumber finely diced
10 strawberries finely diced
1/4 Cup blueberries
I cup micro greens or sprouts of your choosing
1/4 Cup chopped pecans
1/2 Bunch fresh parsley
1/2 Fresh Grated Parm Cheese
1/2 Bunch Dill finely chopped and stems discarded
3-4 TB Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Mayo
2 TB Avocado OR Olive oil
2 TB Wholesome Yum Zero Sugar Honey Substitute (Amazon Link Below)
Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder to taste
Chop all salad ingredients and add together in a large bowl.
Mix your ingredients to make your dressing and stir well.
Add the dressing to the salad mix and stir until everything is
coated with the dressing.
Make yourself a bowl and do the happy dance!
