📋 The Workout (10 Total Sets)
Perform all exercises back-to-back with minimal rest. Complete 10 full rounds to finish the workout.
10 Pull-ups: Upper body power and back definition.
20 Push-ups: Chest, shoulders, and tricep burnout.
10 Jumping Sit-ups: Explosive core and cardio spike.
10 Normal Sit-ups: Focused abdominal isolation.
