Описание: Bakery Style Butter Bun 🌿⁣

Ingredients 👇⁣
For the milk yeast mix.⁣
🌿Lukewarm Milk - 1 cup ⁣
🌿Yeast - 1 & 1/2 teaspoon ⁣
⁣
Mix well and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.⁣
⁣
For the Dough⁣
🌿All Purpose Flour - 3 cups ⁣
🌿Sugar - 3 tbsp ⁣
🌿Salt - 1/2 teaspoon ⁣
🌿Unsalted Butter - 2 tbsp ⁣
⁣
Mix well and add the milk yeast mix. Knead well to soft by adding unsalted butter.⁣
Make it a dough. Spread the sides of the bowl and top of the dough with butter,close and keep it in a warm place.⁣

Rising time depends upon the weather in your place. Mine took around 1 and a half to 2 hours. ⁣

After its risen. Press and knead again. Make balls. Keep it closed for another 30 minutes.⁣
Deep fry till golden brown in low to medium flame.⁣
⁣
For the Filling ⁣
🌿Unsalted Butter - 3 tbsp ⁣
🌿Room temperature Milk - 2 tbsp ⁣
🌿Powdered Sugar - 3 tbsp ⁣
⁣
Apply the filling to the buns by cutting in the middle. Make sure the Buns are not Hot. If it's Hot the filling will melt. ⁣
