Since both apps are (kinda?) similar in the sense they both work on the base of a Tremolo effect - I decided to put them head to head for you to decide which is better. Actually both are very affordable, so I'd sum everything up by saying that you should get both.
In my opinion, on one hand, Perforator is best for modern mainstream club tracks-type of sound, where WOV is, as the name suggests - best for creating more textural sounds.
The 2 standout features WOV has over Perforator is the better UI and the better options to shape your own presets to make them sound more unique. Again, it's all in my opinion.
But if I had to make a four to the floor type of beat, as you can hear more towards the end of the video - the Perforator app sounds better.
