2 cups and 3 tbsp all purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp instant dry yeast
3 tbsp white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
cheese quickmelt
oil for deep frying
Coating
1/2 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
