Ryan Foley 1999 Scholarship Winner

Описание: Ryan Foley is a correspondent with the Associated Press and is based out of Iowa City. He graduated from Davenport West HS in 1999 and was awarded both a Quill and Scroll scholarship and a Daily Iowan scholarship.
