Tegara DS Series Double Station CNC Vises rival American-made models and are perfect for CNC mills in single or multiple vise setups. Made from 80,000 PSI stress-relieved ductile cast iron and sporting a clamping repeatability of +/- 0.0002". Allows for clamping of different sized parts with preloading ability, and allows for removal of the middle fixed jaw for large capacity holding.
This video demonstrates how to adjust the set screw on the 600DS 6" vise in order to have the back jaw move first. We also demonstrate how to properly replace the front jaw on the vise.
