You can use effects pedals to make the harmonica sound like an organ through a Leslie speaker. This works great for rhythm playing.

Here is a demo of the TC Electronics Sub n Up Mini and Strymon Lex for harmonica. The Sub n Up is set to the Polyphonic Organ setting. The Lex is the Leslie/rotary speaker.

Personally, I just use the Lex and play octaves, but the Sub n Up definitely adds to the vibe.

First, I will demo the Sub n Up Polyphonic Organ setting. Then, I will demo the Strymon Lex, finally, I will play them together using single notes and octaves.
