However, this time they say that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government has not done anything for the poor. "We committed a mistake by voting for the Lotus (BJP). They don't care for the poor, only for the rich," says one of the farmers. "Unemployment has gone up. Prices have gone up... even fuel prices. Where are the good days he promised?" he asks.
