My health had taken a drastic downwards turn over the past 2-3 months, so I really haven't had it in me to record, photograph, or edit. I haven't really been able to do any non essentials until my doctors and I find a new medication regime that will allow me to eat regularly again and not have any GI complications.

While I was in a really dark place, I learned that I had won this girl. I had never entered a VOLKS lottery before and while my heart was set on her sister (who I didn't win), I fell in love with her as soon as I opened her box. There is so much elegance to Junichi Nakahara's designs and to see them translated into a doll, it makes me feel like I could own a piece of fashion history. Holding her in my hands really makes me feel like I can enjoy vintage fashion - and for someone who struggles with dressing herself, it's a real joy.

I am also downsizing my collection to make it more manageable since I am unable to give my dolls the attention they need. I will slowly be listing things on my BJD sales instagram page if you're interested:
