I kinda felt like the official Ice Cap Act 2 music was lacking a bit so I made an Ice Cap remix to see what if Act 2 was significantly different from Act 1.
I should note however, I'm not sure this can be 100% replicated on official hardware due to limitation issues. Sonic 3 was a 2MB game and the wav file alone is 66MB most likely because of the reverb, delay and other effects used throughout the instruments and DAC.
