The seclusion of being on an island can be wonderful- until you need outside assistance.
The cottage owner, Anne, a retired widow needed some renovations and found no one wanted the hassle of working around the big water obstacle. The only contractor she could find, spent more time fishing than working, or so it seemed.

There are many items to address- faulty deck railings, the new bathroom reno, and repairing plumbing that is unique to a three season cottage.

Mike and the team will have to work fast. The maple trees on the island are in full fall colors when they arrive, and frost comes early in northern Ontario. This episode promises to be full of challenges as the crew gets a taste of cottage life- and island living.
