Last January I visited Tom Billinge from WarYoga in Connecticut USA to meet for the first time in person and see plus swing his collection. His collection is amazing. He made all of these Gada himself, and has a lot more in his collection. I had seen his swing before, and couldn't help to come in to see if I could help him improve his swing a little bit. Just to get it more efficient and effective. His technique is not wrong in the sense that it hurts the body, but to become stronger i.e. swing heavier or for a longer time, you'll need to fine tune every bit of the swing.
