DISCUS, STINGRAYS & ANGELS | डिस्कस, स्टिंग्रेस और एंजेल्स | DISCUS TANKMATES | GROW OUT TANK
Hello friends,
Welcome to my YouTube Channel.
Well to introduce myself,
I Have been in the fish keeping for more than two decades.
Like most of you, it all started with a hobby and gradually turned into a profession.
But I still consider myself as a hobbyist
Coz it's more a passion than a profession.
Over the years I have raised many fish species such as guppies, endlers, freshwater angelfish, oscars, arrowanas Sting rays and discus.
And had success in breeding fish varieties like guppies, fresh water angelfish, discus and Flowerhorns.
Since Last 5 years I have been commercially breeding and raising freshwater angelfish and discus fishes.
Through the YouTube Channel medium would love to share my experience and knowledge in fish keeping and breeding over the years.
As my channel name suggests my videos would mostly focus on the Discus fish but also I would upload some of my fish videos other than Discus which I had raised and bred in past years.
Welcome back to my youtube channel,

This video just exhibits my Discus community grow out tank.
The strains in these are
Mainly leopards scribbles and eruptions.
While the angels are zed black varities.
Talking about stingrays I m still bit confused
About the strains coz the seller sold me these as pearl hybrids but when I researched more they seem to me like marbled motoros or just plain motoros.
If anyone of you really know which stingrays are these please leave a comment below.
Actually this was just a Discus grow out tank but these Discus were very shy since I got them from my local fish breeder.
They used to come out only during feeding time, rest of the day they just used to hide behind the Sponge filter.
Hence I added a couple of these stingrays and angels to act as dither fish and ease out the Discuss nervousness.
Since the addition of these fishes now my Discus are less stressful and they chill out more with their new tankmates whole day.
I got these Discus around 2 to 2.5 inches in size around 3 months back.
They have grown satisfactory well to around 3.5 to 4 inches feeding on bhm and frozen blood worms.
They have started eating more aggressively as they need to compete with the angels during feeding.
STINGRAYS being too young still rely upon sterilised frozen blood worms for food.
I am trying to train these stingrays to feed upon arowana sticks and fresh Market prawns but no success yet.
Anyways I hope you liked this short update on my raising stock.
