If you're here today then you must be ready to give birth and I am so excited for you! Hopefully this flow will get things started for you.. it certainly did for me! I really went into labor after doing this. But of course every body is different and ultimately baby will decide when they are ready. All these exercises in todays pregnancy yoga flow are designed to help get the body ready for a natural delivery and remember the more movement we do, the better. In this prenatal yoga video I also discuss getting into the right mindset and the importance of relaxation in preparing the body for labor.
