Описание: I usually skip qualifying and don’t practice much — I enjoy the thrill of starting from the back and seeing how far I can climb. I avoid going full tryhard, but I always aim to put on a clean show. This time, though, the race was part of a 'free' series with lots of inexperienced drivers, so I decided to qualify mid-pack… and thank goodness I did.

Chat was full of people defending the old F1 rule of “if you’re half a car ahead, you own the corner” — and other nonsense. Honestly, that rule in simracing is a recipe for disaster. In simracing, you always need to leave space, enjoy side-by-side battles, and keep the action clean. That “corner rights” mentality only leads to crashes.

I never race with that rule in mind — I always focus on giving space. But it quickly became clear this race wouldn’t be like that… it was pure survival mode.
