This was my first trip to Martinique and I wasn't expecting this. I booked a shore excursion with the team on the Enchanted Princess that included a trip through the rain forest to see the Balata Church, the Depaz Rum Distillery and time in the city of St. Pierre. We explored the ruins at the base of Mt. Pelee a volcano that erupted in 1902 with tragic results. It was a great day of amazing sites and exploration. Join me as discover Martinique.
