I’m Rebuilding Civilization in Fallout 4 — Starting With a Trade Town

Raiders control the roads. Settlements barely survive. Trade is almost nonexistent.

So instead of just building another base… I decided to rebuild civilization.

In this first episode, we lay the foundation for something bigger — a fully functioning Minutemen trade town designed to connect settlements, generate caps, and bring structure back to the wasteland.

This isn’t just settlement building.
This is the start of a new nation.
