In this video, I share my personal journey of trying to escape the digital world by replacing my smartphone with a dumbphone. I wanted less screen time, fewer distractions, and more focus. Instead, I ended up carrying both devices and falling into a different kind of tech trap.
I also talk about what actually worked for me—no extreme switches, just intentional changes to how I use my smartphone day-to-day. No social media. No dopamine-chasing apps. And most importantly, keeping the phone out of sight.
Dumbphones aren’t the solution. You are.
