Lore: Tails and Sonic used to be the best friends until Tails was thinking.. why does he always get to be behind Sonic? those thoughts never Tails' head, Tails has been behind Sonic for quiet a long time, Tails couldn't stand it so he went to Eggman's base to make a deal with him, when Sonic was looking for Tails in Lava Reef zone, he saw Tails, then Tails said that he was working with Eggman, Sonic was in the utter Shock and Disbelief, Sonic apologized but it was too late for apologies, they started to fight, at the moment where Sonic almost died, Sonic had no choice but to finish with Tails, Sonic's anger and determination took Sadness' and Denying's place, he spindashed and pushed Tails off the platform, by that pushing him into the lava, Tails drowned by that leaving Sonic in the devastation, Sonic left the zone and returned home, he told Amy and Knuckles about what happened, the both were Shocked by hearing that, they now were without Tails
