This is a very different Vlogmas! For the first half of December, I chose how many pages I would read each day based on the highest temperature of the day (Fahrenheit). Considering I lived near the ocean in Oregon, the page count was interesting....The universe of Oregon loves the number 56! Perfect as I raced to read for Reindeer Readathon and Storygraph's A-Z reading challenge! The 52 Book Club Connections Challenge also had a part in picking what I read.
The good news is I enjoyed reading as an author. I was learning about writing from Ray Bradbury essays. I mostly read MG books (and end with an adult scifi classic). What I read resonated with me.
The bad news is I had a couple of DNFs, and one favorite author disappointed me....
