Описание: It’s time for another What’s the Deal! This time we tried something new - Indian Cuisine! Jess started off the evening stressed and anxious about a text/call schedule. She was very stuck on the fact that she had texted at 5:31 instead of 5:30, and was worried that this meant she was late. It took us a long time to teach Jessica about the concept of passage of time, and she only started to grasp it in the last 5ish years. It can be hard in times like these to help her understand that a 1 minute difference is not a big deal. She was disappointed and vocalized that she didn’t like her fried rice, so we gave her some plain white rice and garlic bread, both of which she was happy with. However, she voluntarily and independently reached over and had several more bites of her fried rice while she was eating. The fact that she was willing to try something new is a BIG deal and we are so proud of her!
