Hey friends! In today's video I am going to be sharing our Korean bbq recipe! My husband and I were inspired by eating at this delicious Korean BBQ resturant. KOREAN BBQ RECIPE:
-3-4 Pounds beef short rib
-Vegetables (we used carrot, corn, green onion, radish, and cucumber)
MARINATE:
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 Cup brown sugar
1 asian pear peeled and sliced
1 Cup soy sauce
-1/2 minced onion
-2 Tablespoons mirin
-2 Tablespoons hot sesame oil
-1 Tablespoon ginger
-2 teaspoons pepper

Cucumber:
1/2 cucumber chopped in small pieces. Add 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar, salt and pepper to taste!


Directions:
-peel and slice pear and blend until liquid
-wash and chop beef short rib In small pieces
Get a gallon zip lock bag and add beef short rib, pear, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, onion, mirin, sesame oil, ginger, and pepper.
Mix sauce into beef very well. Add to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Overnight is best!
-Wash and chop vegetables.
Once meat has has had time to marinate, pull out your grill and spray it with some olive or sesame oil and grill your meat and vegetables!
Serve on a bed of rice and ENJOY!
