Finland is a country we've had the privilege of traveling to twice in the past year. To say it is one of new favorite countries to visit would be an understatement. From our time exploring Helsinki to our outdoor adventures, Finland is a country we'd gladly return to anytime of the year. In our Finland travel guide we present to you our entire collection of travel videos from Finland in this mammoth compilation.
You can watch the entire video, coming in at nearly two hours long, or skip to a section of interest indicated by time links in the description box below. From sampling Finnish cuisine, including Salmiakki, reindeer, Karl Fazer chocolate and Karelian pie, we showcase Finnish food as much as our time spent traveling around the country kayaking, biking, horseback riding and hiking. We hope this video gives you a solid overview of the things you can do in Finland as well as all of the tasty Finnish cuisine worth sampling. This is Finland!

Finland captivated us so much we’ve visited twice in a year—from city life in Helsinki to outdoor adventures country‑wide.
Our epic “Finland travel guide” compiles two hours of videos with time‑links—food, kayaking, biking, horseback riding, hiking.
Summer in Helsinki: alfresco dinners, free concerts in Esplanade Park, and the surprisingly stark white Helsinki Cathedral overlooking Senate Square.
Salmiakki obsession: 91 varieties at a kiosk—Salmiakki‑shaped ice cream, black‑licorice challenges and even licorice beer.
“Dinner in the Sky”: diners hoisted on a crane over Market Square, which also serves 10 € meals of grilled salmon, reindeer meatballs, Karelian pies and more.
Design District delights: Marimekko’s bold prints; the quirky floating‑dock carpet wash tradition; and the silent Kamppi Chapel in the urban bustle.
Rock‑hewn Temppeliaukio Church’s amazing acoustics and copper‑dome skylight; 1½‑hour Sightseeing Cruise through Helsinki’s archipelago.
Midnight‑sun kayaking and biking under 9 PM blue skies—double‑kayak beers, wobble races home by moonlight, and long bike treks into forests.
Beyond Helsinki: Nuuksio National Park hikes and lake‑side sausage roasts under “Every Man’s Right,” freely camping, berry‑picking and fishing.
End each day in a former prison‑hotel (cell no. 319), with Karelian pies and berry yogurt for breakfast in a dungeon‑like basement café.
