For the first catch of my Florida trip, I decided to go to this crossing, which is one mile from our friend's house. Seconds after I set up my camera, the crossing activated and the train came. Here we see a Brightline train, of which I do not know the color, thanks to an ugly wrap, heading south to Miami!
This is quite a nice crossing, in fact just about as nice as one could find on the heavily E-Bell-ified Brightline corridor. This signal bridge is highly unnecessary, as a normal cantilever seems like it would work here. Pedestrian gates and an abundance of 4 WCH mechanical bells adorn this crossing. The bells also ring when the gates rise, as per the FEC standard.
The GS Type 3 E-Bells heard are from the nearby Lake Avenue.
