In developing countries where the majority of the population are young people similar to Vietnam, student-centered learning is almost impossible on a large scale, posing a challenge to teachers and those who concern about educational development. Nevertheless, through his years of research and working with new technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence, Tu Pham shares a new future of education, when each teacher can become a "super teacher" that can approach teaching in a student-centered manner, while still ensuring feasibility on a larger scale. Tu Pham is the founder of IPP Education. Recently, he has successfully launched IELTS Prep - an IELTS learning app that transforms Vietnamese students' approach to learning English. In addition, he is also an IELTS counselor for the British Council in Hanoi and Ho Chi MInh city, as well as working as guest speakers on many educational events and projects from television, publishing houses and more.
