Thank you to everyone who made our new Footscray Hospital community open day such a success!
On Sunday, more than 3,000 community members were treated to a sneak peek tour of the new Hospital before it opens for patient care on 18 February, including a patient ward and the Emergency Department.
All of us here at Western Health are looking forward to providing patient care in our new Hospital from 8am Wednesday 18 February.
The Footscray Hospital community open day was presented by Western Health and @OpenHouseMelbourneYT, with thanks to Plenary Health consortium including COX, BLP and Tract, @victoriauniversity, @FootscrayCommunityArtsCentre, @jahnf_bless, @AustralianTapestryWorkshop and the Victorian Government.
