Just as Hannukah is starting up this year, we have dumplings from the Jewish diaspora throughout eastern Europe. We start at Nate 'N Al's in Beverly Hills where Jenn learns the process behind the comfort of a great matzo ball soup. Then we heard north to Santa Rosa where the team at Grossman's Noshery and Bar make three different varieties of eastern European dumplings to serve alongside frozen shots of vodka.
