This is for those who are also currently stuck on Stage 195 (Doublade).
Pummel on Pangoro easily sweeps through when using Mega Lucario's mega effect. In addition, the latter also helps in removing those initial clouds.
Then again, Damage Streak is key. Pokemon like Aurorus, Carbink, Stunfisk, and Marowak really takes its place. Otherwise, Pummel will do.
If you're still struggling (or if all else fails), either wait until Regirock or Brionne show up or use a +10 seconds or/and a Mega Start Lucario.
Oh and, Main Stage S Rank requirement is a minimum of 95 to unlock this stage :)
