In this video, I walk through adding a custom domain to a Microsoft 365 tenant and configuring the required DNS records on a domain provider.
I demonstrate how to publish and verify:
TXT record (domain verification)
MX record (mail flow)
SPF record (sender validation)
CNAME records
DKIM records and why DKIM is critical for email security and trust
I also explain why these DNS records are necessary in an organization, how they help prevent spoofing, improve email deliverability, and support secure communication.
