Back in December, we sent Total Direct Ènergie rider and Restrap ambassador Jérôme Cousin to meet with the guys from Friction Collective on a Solstice Century adventure out through South Wales.
We left the route planning in the capable hands of Tim, who had planned an epic gravel ride through the mountains of South Wales, Abergavenny, and the Brecon Beacons.
With only 7 hours and 40 minutes of daylight, the guys had to keep a steady pace and race the daytime, and get the toughest parts of the ride out of the way before darkness fell.
